Delivery specialist

At Volkswagen de Boucherville, we're looking for a motivated and organized Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing vehicle delivery operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

Tasks :

Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries to our customers to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
Monitor the status of deliveries and resolve any problems that may arise.
Maintain an accurate database of deliveries and returns, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date.
Support customers by providing information on delivery stages and answering questions.
Identify and implement improvements in the delivery process to optimize efficiency.
Profile required:

Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
Knowledge of the automotive sector would be an asset, but is not mandatory.
Strong customer orientation with a genuine concern for understanding and meeting customer needs. (CSI, Google review)

Previous experience in customer service (an asset)
